Anti-spam policy
Under Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL; C-28), a sender must obtain the recipient’s consent before sending an electronic commercial message. Numea has therefore adopted an anti-spam policy to ensure legal and transparent management of the use of our customers and prospects e-mail addresses, and to comply with the provisions of the CASL.
- We keep the required proof of consent. Subject to the exceptions provided for by the CASL, Numea only sends e-mail messages to contacts who given their express or tacit consent to receiving such messages.
- Numea’s mass e-mail communications always include a link to the subscribe/unsubscribe page.
- We offer recipients the option of unsubscribing from these communications at any time.
If you have any questions regarding this anti-spam policy, our e-mail handling practices or any other concerns, please contact us by e-mail at protection_donnees@numea.ca.
